What is Zurpri?
Zurpri turns your photos and words into a personalized, interactive surprise page. You receive one private link to share with the person you made it for.
How does ordering work?
Choose an experience, place your order, and submit the requested photos and messages. We review everything before your finished page goes live.
How much does a surprise page cost?
Available experiences currently start at ₱49. The price shown on the order page is the total one-time payment for your selected experience.
How do I pay?
You can pay using the methods shown during checkout. Keep your payment reference and confirmation screenshot because you’ll need both when submitting an order.
Can I preview a template before ordering?
Yes. Open any experience from the gallery to preview its design and interaction before you choose it.
What can I personalize?
The exact fields depend on the experience, but pages may include names, photos, personal messages, memories, dates, and other story-specific details.
When will I receive my page?
After you submit your content, we review and prepare the page before sending your live link by email. Timing can vary depending on the submission and current order volume.
Can I edit something after submitting?
Contact us as soon as possible with your account email and the requested change. If the page has not been finalized, we’ll let you know what can still be updated.
Is my surprise page private?
Your page is shared through its unique link and is not listed in the public template gallery. Anyone who receives the link may be able to open it, so share it only with people you trust.
What if I did not receive an email?
Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm you used the right email address. If it is still missing, contact us with your name and order details.
